Pay for Services

You can pay for services by check or credit card. Payment is not due until the contracted services have been performed (e.g., property has been entered into the MLS). To pay by check, simply mail your check to our office.

Flat Fee Representation

Tri-Star Realty, Inc. is available to provide professional assistance from contact negotiation through the close of escrow for a Flat Fee of $3,000.00. This service is available only to customers who are enrolled in our Flat Fee MLS program.

To sign up for our Flat Fee Representation program, simply contact our office immediately upon receipt of a purchase offer from a prospective buyer. A Tri-Star Realty, Inc. agent will contact you as soon as possible to assist. We typically return all communications within 24 hours.
