a Flat Fee of only $295.00. No further obligation or listing office
commission is required.
With our Flat Fee MLS program,
you will receive the following:
- Your home will be professionally listed on your local MLS with
up to 20 photographs. We are able to post the maximum number of
photographs allowed for each MLS. Please note that each MLS is
unique and not every MLS may allow a maximum of 20 photographs.
- Your home will be featured on REALTOR.com® as a “Showcase
Listing” with up to 25 photographs. REALTOR.com® reaches
6.6 million prospective sellers and buyers a month, and is by
far the most visited real estate web site. “Showcase Listings”
receive substantially more viewings than “Standard Listings”.
- Your home will also appear on Homes.com, HomeSeekers.com, AOL,
MSN, websites of local real estate brokerages that display MLS
listings, and other websites that feature listings from the MLS.
- Unlimited changes to your MLS listing for the duration of the
12-month listing period.
- The option to enlist additional Flat Fee real estate services
(e.g. contract & closing assistance).
